Best service that you can ask for. Also the best prices around. One of the big stores offers a lot of "free" services but you pay almost twice the cost of buying at Quality Tire. I've been a customer of Quality Tires for years and years and have since moved to Portland. I always wait until I'm in the Rogue Valley to make my tire, battery or brake purchases.
After 12 years of buying tires from Les Schwab, Costco, Sears, and a few other chain and independent tires stores I have been lucky to find Quality Tire in Medford. If you're in the area and need tires, wheels, or any other service QT offers, GO TO QUALITY TIRE! The manager/owner was greeting me as I parked my pickup and I was there less than 10 minutes total for the flat repair I needed. Great attitudes and smiles on all 6 employees I encountered. Fast, friendly, excellent service and prices. They inspected my valve stem and said it didn't need replacing. What a refreshing experience. I can't say enough good things about this shop after my visit. Having some tire/vehicle knowledge, it can be frustrating to go to other (big or small) shops who gouge on prices and treat the customer like a fool. Thanks Quality Tire, I'll be back for sure.
